THE PROCESS

Consultation and Pre-Production

We meet and discuss your content needs; I will then send you my suggestions and options for us to proceed. We will also agree on the look and styling of the shoot, according to your needs.

Once we all happy, we will craft the storyboards and visual elements for your marketing journey. We will identify the elements, branding and messages to incorporate with your content, which I will edit in when we have done our shoots.

Production

We shoot at 2 locations for one full day (your home/studio and beach/nature/city) to create the content. Your time is valuable, so I work closely with our hair and make-up as well as styling to achieve our goals we agreed upon during the consultation. I will capture different angles and moods during the shoot, to ensure a variety of content to consistently convey your message to your target audience, always ensuring that we tell a story about you. 

 

Editing and Post-Production

Here is where we craft the stories that tell your audience about you and your business…through the short cinematic videos as well as the reels, conveying your energy and building recognition.

I will spend 2 days editing the content and deliver to you the products, ready for posting and looking great. We include your logos, branding and still images in the videos we produce…as well as background music and stock graphics as needed. The photographs are individually edited in Photoshop, so you look stunning, creating a lasting impact on your audience.

Delivery and distribution

The finished products are delivered electronically to you wherever you are and ready for posting, letting you start your online marketing with ease. All you need to do each week is share a reel and photo on your favorite online platform, along with your personal message for the week…giving you space to be yourself and create an impact with your audience.

CORE 4 months content

My core package will give you fresh content ready to post for a 4 month period, consisting of

  • 2x short cinematic videos (1 to 2 min each) for your website or LinkedIn, allowing you to introduce yourself and define your products and the services you offer, a personalized introduction to your targeted clients

  • 16x short video reels (10-20 seconds each) giving you 16 weeks of unique posts for your Facebook, Instagram and other social media (1 reel per week)

  • 16x edited and styled photographs for both your website and social media, covering over 4 months (1 post per week)

  • ·        Travel within 30km of Cape Town city center, travel charged at AA rates for additional travel

    ·        All final material will be sent to you electronically and ready for use online

  • ·        Unless Melanie Rigby booked for hair & Make-up (grooming for men), please supply your own make-up or grooming for the shoot

    ·        Clothing and styling to be provided by client (but will be discussed in our initial consultation to give us the best options for a great shoot)

    ·        We do not design and create websites or social media pages for you. If you do not have a website or social media page, we can recommend talented people who can quote and help you with this.

  • Please contact me to arrange a meeting where we can discuss your needs

    Once confirmed, a deposit of 50% is required for us to proceed

  • Yes, we would meet and plan online, I would need to travel to you for the video and photo shoots. After that, I edit and send you the content when due

  • You are responsible for working with me to understand your business and services, your target audience and what you are able to offer your clients.

    Unless agreed upon, you are responsible for posting your reels and photos on a weekly basis, and re-enforcing with your own messaging

  • I will create the work as per our agreement, but will also be avaliable to update and change any branding and messages for you, etc etc
